Project Management: PM Skills® PMSCP® Certification

The PM Skills® PMSCP® certification includes 14 courses that are completely online and self-paced, which provides the most flexibility in completing the curriculum. No prerequisites are required for the PM Skills® courses, but it is recommended that you complete the Interpersonal Skills for Project Leaders course before beginning the others. The learner must complete all 14 courses before taking the PMSCP® certification exam. A course will be considered complete when the participant has done all assignments, exercises, review checkpoints, and has received at least a 70% on the course final exam. All PM Skills® courses carry Project Management Institute Professional Development Units (PDUs). PMSCP® Certification Exam Upon successful completion of the PM Skills® courses, students will be required to achieve a passing mark of 70% or higher on the PMSCP® exam. The exam consists of 200 questions covering material from the 14 PM Skills® courses.

Operations Management

This course explores the fundamental concepts and theories practitioners will need to successfully guide operations in manufacturing and service organizations. Modules in this self-paced course introduce key foundational material, describe the interplay of supply chains and demand management, and explain the role that processes and process management play in robust operations. Specific tools, techniques, and methodologies (including Lean, total quality management, and Six Sigma) are presented to show their applicability to operational strategies.

Certificate in Non Profit Management

This online certificate program introduces learners to key current management issues for nonprofit organizations. Fundraising, board and volunteer development, budgeting, reading financial statements, leadership, marketing, and setting strategic direction are all addressed, and video commentary on these crucial topics will give you insight into how nonprofit professionals apply key concepts in their own organizations. Each 3 to 5 hour, self-paced course offers an assortment of interactive exercises, videos, selected readings, case studies, and self-assessments that will engage you and help you practice effective decision making in a nonprofit setting. Digital Marketing ACE CREDIT

This online course introduces learners to the principles, strategies, and technology of digital marketing. The self-paced course offers an assortment of interactive exercises, videos, selected readings, case studies, and self-assessments that engage students and provide opportunities to demonstrate their knowledge of digital marketing and practice relevant skills.

HR Fundamentals Certificate

The HR Skills® Fundamentals certificate consists of courses designed to provide the learner with a solid foundation in the fundamental skills needed to succeed in the field of Human Resources. With courses focused on hiring, interviewing, onboarding, HR law, and training and development, the HR Skills® Fundamentals certificate provides training in the skills that help a business run smoothly, and is appropriate for learners that would like to explore a career in human resources and managers who supervise employees. The certificate consists of 8 courses that are online and self-paced, providing flexibility in completing the curriculum. No prerequisites are required to begin the courses. A course will be considered complete when the participant has done all assignments, exercises, review checkpoints, and has received at least a 70% on the course final exam. Students will have 12 months to complete all the courses in the certificate.
